Introducing Fletcher Stormvault, Magic Enforcer
Here we have another member of the Magic Enforcers, this fiery bird who shows off a display of lights and elemental might.

Name: Fletcher Stormvault Winterfang
Age: 24
Appearance: Phoenix cardinal hybrid with pink and black feathers and a Mohawk.
Noteworthy features: The designs on his wings.

Personality: Cocky, intelligent, overeager, confident, highly fored
World: Earth
Important History: Fletcher was a child in foster care as his parents abandoned him. He manifest his ability to use magic at an early age, he quickly learned how to control his magic before turning 10. A prodigy among magic users of Earth, he had great potential to be a top mage. He was taken in by the Winterfang family, a family of magic users who wanted to give Fletcher a good life. He grew up to be a talented individual, not only in magic but also in science. With his intelligence, he went through college and earned his degree at 19. He became a scientist to create cures and various alchemicals to help people. He continued his magical training and earned the title of Sage of Elements by the age of 20. He would later be asked by Almon to join the Magic Enforcers as his help would benefit the people and he could help teach magic users and non magic users to get along. He accepted the offer and soon provided his magical talents to the cause.
