I have 2 races of naga in my setting - the kind based on vipers, and the larger ones - snakes with whale traits that live by the water. I don't have much to say about this species specifically yet, other than that they, like dragons, also have little aptitude for magic. They can use it, though. It's just harder for them than it is for humans, for example.
