The Mutual Ensemble of Security and Partnership (MESP), colloquially referred to as the Eastern Pact, is a military and economic alliance of seven socialist countries in Eastern Levropia. It was established on August 14, 1954, against the backdrop of Cold War looming in the continent, as well as a response to the increasing Arconian presence among the liberal Western Levropian countries. MESP's headquarters is located in Tornava, the capital city of the USPR. The alliance's leadership is rotated every three years between its member states, with the current one being Eterhall.

MESP is currently regarded as the "official" ballast against the Wardship Organization (WSO), its western counterpart. MESP is adjusting to the emergence of multipolarity of Cold War, especially due to the virtual detachment of the Arconian Federation from WSO due to the 1967 invasion of Hertand-Alm affair.

Additionally acting as an economic alliance, MESP also promotes the easing of trade arrangements among its member states. However, Tornava's clout among Levropia's socialist states must not be overlooked. Currently, all MESP members have mixed economy arrangement similar to the USPR's Voloshchina policy.
