Medium Copic Markers (& possibly color pencil? Texture makes me think pencil).
I've wanted a dino/spinosaurus character forever, had dabbled in past but didn't stick. But this design I super like. And just so I don't forget, her name is Cider :)
I have no personality figured out for her yet. Will have to draw them more to figure out I think.
