She's done! At long, long last!
For context, I started their sheet and everything all the way back in early May- in fact, she was inspired by all the MerMay stuff I saw! Buuut then my beloved laptop of 10 long years finally gave up the ghost and went kaput. I only recently got my new laptop in (a much newer and more suited model, lol) and finally got to finish her!

She's another self-indulgent oc for DragonOfIceAndFire 's LoS Comic Universe, and I challenged myself to try and make her as Design Bible accurate as I could (while still using a non-LoS base at least)

Umira comes from the Japanese word for Sea, "Umi"

She's an orphan that had for the most part been raised in one of the Temples in Warfang, but when they got old enough to start questioning things, she started acting out and overall being enough of a headache that the Temple hadn't bothered looking for them when they ran away.
Now, Umira scrapes by either doing odd jobs for shopkeeps around the city for meager pay, or swiping whatever goods caught her eye and proceeding to dive into the nearest waterway before anyone can call the Guards on her.

They have a small den located in a run down part of the sewer system under Warfang filled with odds and ends they swiped from people, and her two most highly treasured possessions are a misshapen pearl gifted to her by a jewelry shopkeep, and a Lunar Sea postcard taken from some tourist shop along the river.
She feels like an outcast in Warfang, being amongst no other Water Dragons, and she dreams of the day they can scrounge up enough money to afford the trip to the Lunar Sea, where she can maybe finally fit in.
