Through a portal, Sonic meets a trans version of himself and is delighted with her and the bravery she had in coming out and how her friends support her. She then is told of a certain rule for visiting his universe: All ladies must have their feet tickled by him. She didn't seem to mind and kicked off her shoes eagerly... until he brought out the stocks and oil.
Then she REALLY loved it. She can't wait to visit this universe again.

Thank you, Her name is Bianca, she chose the name in honor of Varric's bow from the Dragon Age franchise.
I think we are about to see a boom of fanarts of pop culture characters as transgenders (not genderbending, just pure transitions).
