I know, but Giran's practically saying "anyone can break it". I'm just pointing out a problem in the dialog here. someone new to these characters would wonder why Giran bothered to use the merry go round gum if "no one can't break it" (which, again, implies that the gum is really easy to break).
I know I'm late, but I'd like to comment something. First, it seems to me a very interesting comic since these two characters are similar and it is interesting to wonder how a confrontation between them would have been. Congratulations.
And second, if you can't think of any endings, I could give you some examples (if you want of course, obviously you are not obliged to follow them).
The first is in case Giie wins, you have already mentioned that you don't want a fetish ending in which Giran probably practiced the vore with Cymbal, all right. However, Cymbal in the series dies at the hands of Yayirobe and ends up being eaten by it. If you want to make an end in which Giran wins and you can't think of how, you can make Giran defeat Cymbal, then make a roast with his body and eat it to finish the comic with Giran sitting and watching the Dragon Ball with a gesture of pride for his victory, while Cymbal's bones are thrown around him. (A quiet ending, which would make clear the superiority of Giran over Cymbal).

If Cymbal manages to win, you could have him release and throw a powerful ray through his mouth that causes great damage to Giran and causes him to fall to the ground defeated. Once Giran is on the floor defeated Cymbal steals the dragon ball and proudly begins to fly leaving Giran to his fate. In the last scene Cymbal could appear flying in the distance while watching as Giran is being surrounded by wild wolves that seek to satisfy his hunger (a shocking ending, where Cymbal defeats Giran, leaves him weak and his fate against some wolves that seek a dam. Where we are left with the question of whether Giran managed to survive that situation or not).
Those are my ideas, I hope that by some chance you get to read this and maybe accept my ideas in case you don't know how to end this fight. It would be a shame if such an interesting confrontation was left without an end. Goodbye
