I drew this to help my heart heal from the couple in NY I briefly lived with years ago. I don't think they ever loved me- otherwise we'd still be friends, and they'd care how I'm getting along these days. Imagine promising someone a whole future with them, then giving up because you decide you can't be with someone who has a brain injury.

Feels bad man. 😅 I have hope for my future despite how cruelly I was discarded. I'm more than what they could see in me. I like the life I fought for now more than the pathetic existence I had with them anyway.
