No refunds under any circumstances.

Payment is required within 48 hours after I contact the winner.

If there’s no response within 48 hours, the character will be re-auctioned.

You may request character details to be added (name, age, backstory, etc.).

You’ll receive high-resolution PNG and JPG files with no watermark.

Minor design edits can be requested for free.


🕒 Holds only available for AB:

– Hold lasts a maximum of 1 week.

– If full payment isn’t made within that time, the adopt will be re-auctioned.

– No refunds on partial payments.


💸 Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, CashApp, or Ko-fi

Payment plans can be discussed, but final files will only be delivered after full payment is completed.


🔁 Reselling Policy

You may only resell the adoptable for the price you paid.

If you’ve added additional artwork, you may increase the resale price accordingly.
