Title is the prompt I gave
for a full artistic freedom piece. I wrote the following poem as an inspiration from it! Flames of revolt!
One day, in the darkness I was submerged
And suddenly, my inner flame emerged
And there, as it burned vividly within my paw
I started to revolt, I began to dance
I did so alone, and without a care
Takes two to tango, but one to free form
And so, at my own tempo
I kept on revolting, continued dancing
But in this obscurity, appeared shadows
Oh did they have the moves, the fiery hands!
And so, knowing I had company
Witnessed their revolt, watched them dance
We gazed at each other, we shared our pains
In a perfect circle, our fire turned purple
Letting the heat swirl, with passion and flow
We danced joyfully, to the flames of revolt!
