This is a recipe provided by
who is not a member (yet) but was kind enough to provide us this interesting dish!
******************************
Its a recipe i got from a historical food channel.
-Half cup of small pieces of pecan nut (i used a full cup)
-3 whisked eggs
- 1 cup of whole milk
-1 cup of brown sugar
-1 spoon of flour
-a pinch of salt
Combine everything and put in on low fire and stir for 7-9 minutes for it to become thick,
once thats done you can proceed to put it into the pie crust and add the decorative nuts on top, i used almonds and hazelnuts and a single pecan on the middle,
Then it goes into the oven 180° c / 350° f, for 30 - 35 minutes.
The pie crust i changed it, instead of traditional pie crust i used crushed cookies with butter, its easier to use this instead of baking the crust xd
Heres the video i got the recipe from if you want to see the process. Usually i change the recipes a lot more but this one i almost followed it correctly,
