Strolling through the bustling streets of Meridias, it is difficult to fathom the fact that, not even half a century ago, the luscious
parks and towering skyscrapers used to be naught but rubble upon shattered ground.
By the time the last bombs had fallen, and all but a couple of fortunate buildings had been levelled to the ground, it seemed as if the idea of a capital
made for all those dwelling within faded with the destruction of the very metropolis that was meant to represent it. Yet, schemes like these are destined to prevail, and from the
ashes rose a phoenix of union, determined to rebuild and improve upon the things that had been lost.
There was no single soul that led the charge,
no hero in shining armour that pushed through the mist of uncertainty the war had left, but a conglomerate of visions and ideals resolute on creating a
future that would outlast themselves. None would be left behind, and all those willing should be given the chance to contribute with skill and imagination;
whichever they carried within their hearts and minds.
Whenever I traverse the Cloud District, I am reminded of the hardship we had to face, all the challenges we had to overcome.
Labelling those times as difficult would be a gross understatement, and I would have to be delusional to think that these goals could have been achieved were
it not for the combined effort of all those that gave heed to our vision. Blood, sweat and tears poured into creating a world in which we now may live peaceful lives amongst
neighbours that might not even share our count of limbs!
Believe me when I say, there is nothing I would ever trade it for.
I have found my call, amidst all those that hereby gathered.
We put our differences aside, and rose a future sustained by our
desire to stand and flourish together.
Never forget what once was, child, and ensure to always be aware of what you have.
Because one day, you might have to fight for it.

A piece featuring Aurora, taking flight through Meridias' Cloud District!
The Cloud District is an area located to the north of Meridias; my dragons' kin capital city.
Located within a vast, open ravine, it features countless apartments, stores and walkways,
paired with numerous bridges that connect the two sides together.
Interwoven by plants and waterfalls, it makes for a truly vivid sight.

I was properly stunned when I saw the finished artwork, and I am just

There is so many little details to this artwork, I could honestly just stare at it for hours.
