I must've missed this poll, but I think I would have tipped the scale to having wetting be second place. I've seen eternal holding stuff on pixiv and I'm not a fan, but I know the audience for it is out there.

When I was first getting into the kink "just made it" was my favorite. Finding an alternative source is pretty fun, especially if it doesn't go quite as planned. Bottle is the obvious one, but some sort of pile of cloth like a pile of dirty laundry, a towel, or a plush toy are fun.

I also like an alternative option: the character can not relieve themself due to objective reasons(such as being locked, plugged, having a spasm, being magically cursed), but in the end eventually being able to solve the acute urinary retention, let the liquid out.
