It's cute to see another stubby aurian! I really don't envy having to draw all those tendrils though; if it was me I'd have simplified them to be thicker/fewer just to avoid that immense effort, haha. x) So definitely a commendable level of detail even on this stylised lil version! It gives a nice look at his design outside of Warpwoods Waterside too. I really like all the little red slit-like features, which alongside his dorsal fin kind of help give an aquatic feel since they almost remind me of gills. He still looks very cool! I think the markings you added recently blend in very well as a little nod, too, and look very natural. :)
Thank you! :> Yeah I've kinda sealed my fate forever after with his tendrils, but I like the absolute mess of them too much, haha. He's one of my favourites anyway, even if I'm sure he's gonna make me suffer in future art. I'm also glad the newer additions work well, because past attempts didn't but somehow this one did.
