I have updated all of my free character models to Blender 4.2 LTS version, so if you're using them make sure you have at least that or newer.
The biggest change is that I got rid of the DIY control panel and replaced it with a lot more user friendly system.
I also fixed the rig layer controls since those were changed at some point and they didn't work with newer Blender versions.
