I tend to take some images with something on one edge in fine focus with the background a little blurry, I rather like the technique depending on what i'm taking images of. The spiky gorse and the almost dead looking trunks made for an interesting image of life and death, pity the sky was a large mass of grey .. i would have preferred some breaks in the sky for some blue but .. can't command the weather .. yet :D
