With the military making their rounds on fighting Godzilla, his first born spawn rose up to the challenge to help him fight off the brunt of the military artillery and give Godzilla a winning edge. This monster came in the form of what looked like to be a spiked up and nightmare looking Nodosaur dinosaur from the prehistoric times. But in actuality, this monster is a chimera of different animals: mainly crocodile, turtle and armadillo. This beast was dubbed Anguirus (Angeerus for how it's pronounced) for its short temper and kill first, ask questions later attitude.

One major attribute is that his spiked shell and hide is extremely thick and durable, more so than Godzillas. Able to take nonstop shelling without taking any injury and missile strikes without being slowed, he is a prime tank for any outright battle. Along with his own regeneration ability, bringing him down without the use of the strongest bombs is near impossible. Along with being durable, this hide is flexible and the shell actually has similar structuring as an armadillo, allowing it to roll into a ball and begin rolling at high speeds toward enemy lines.

Its tail is long with a spiked club at the end to bash in metal and demolish buildings, along with disabling mechs. It’s strength is nothing to scoff at, though not as physically strong in claw to claw fights as Godzilla, his jaws are his main weapon at the front, able to shatter metal and rock alike. For ranged attacks, he is limited but not helpless. His osteoderm spines on his tail can be flung at jets and far range enemies, like navy ships. But his trump card is his roar, being the loudest monster known on Earth, able to create a massive AOE or channel these soundwaves into a cone that can pulverize rock into sand.

This beasts weak point is lack of good navy combat and air defenses. He can use his spines that he can fling, but he will need to rely on his regeneration to regrow those spines back, which takes time. His roar may be powerful, but it has a very limited distance and making it into a cone can only go so far, with his vocal cords only focusing on sound volume rather than focusing it into a true long distance weapon, like how his brother Titanosaurus can do.

Powers and Abilities:
-Regeneration that isn’t as strong as Godzillas, able to regenerate lost parts within a few days, but is much more durable than Godzilla.
-Very powerful brawler, especially when his jaws and his bashing, spiked mace tail are brought into play.
-Flexible hide allows him extreme agility and he can roll into a ball to increase his speed and batter in his enemies with his spiked body.
-His spines on his tail can be loosened and flung off his body and be used as ranged weapons against air based enemies and long distance navy units, but these take time to regrow. When they do make purchase and hit the target, they also will explode and spread radiation in the area to infect any nearby enemies.
-is capable of being either quadruped or biped when he wishes, which gives him a lot of choices on how agile or fast he wants to be. When he is bipedal, he can grapple and fight mechs more effectively, while being quadruped allows him to be more agile and fast.
-His most powerful ability is a radiation infused sonic roar that he can use in an AOE effect around him or channel it into a cone, though the distance is not as far as one would think, only reaching as far as triple his body length.
-When he slips into a rage like state, his body's temperature will rise up 3200 degrees, allowing him to melt iron with ease, but only does this as a last resort and requires time to rest afterwards as this will harm him too if using this trait for a prolonged time.
-Can tunnel underground.
