Abilities: Some elements are physical, some are more metaphysical. Vilon has control over two of the latter as indicated by his body's colors. In black, he possesses the ability to control the shadows, and in pink, he bears the ability to meddle with love and lust in himself and others in equal measure, moreso if they are particularly weak-willed or are consenting to it. But in his ability to control shadows, he can manifest tentacles not unlike the Void Tendrils, something he uses to the pleasure of himself and others.

Personality: He is quite hedonistic and flirtatous, enjoying playing and spending time with his fellow ITF agents, yet works to prove he's in control of his powers and is on the side of the ITF. He tends to laugh at the Void Tendrils for needing a god/patron to do what he can do on his own.

Background: Vilon, survivor of a particular event in Valgarian history, had moved from planet to planet toward that goal and learned much in the ways of how their peoples do things, especially behind closed doors. This has let him learn how to apply his Valgarian abilities in a myriad of methods, many of them to have fun with himself and others. Yet even so, he desired to do right by his people and eventually became a odd vigilante, using those very powers and knowledge to make embarrassing defeats for those who would hurt or dominate others with force. This would eventually lead him to the Intergalactic Thong Force, where he happily went through the trials to join, meeting a few notable individuals that caught his eye, including a white-furred wolf in pink. He has naught but hope and joy for his future in the organization, but his mind often wonders to tricking the Void Tendrils with use of his powers... to become a double agent and hiding among the cult. Only time will tell how that will work out.
