Started this one forever ago, too, and not sure when I'll finish it. It's Mew during her transformation into Sailor Mew Mew. I'm not too unhappy with this one in general, but I can't get that glow effect under her to look right, and I can't find any photoshop tutorials that would help me get the effect I want. The light is supposed to be circling around her, but it just kinda looks like some strange shape behind her. If I move any of the color in front of her, it just doesn't look right now matter what layering effects I use. Sooner or later maybe I'll find the tutorials I need to finish this.
