I would offer a regular badge just in the shape of a CD so on normal paper and foiled up for around 70 or 80€.
Some champion offered some help on the printing so it is already rather tangible to put them on actual CD-Rs. Those would be around 110 or 120€, I haven't done any inventory or pricing yet when it comes to production so that is all a bit in the air!
