Been a while, hasn't it?
Been focusing on creating the audio book for my Beautiful Dreamer novel (August 1st is when that comes out.) Finally gave myself a little time to wokr on a picture I always wanted to do but just never got the time to do it.
In the Duality of Forces novels, Fatality eventually faces off against three of her siblings: Lexicon, Boo, and Bass. During their fight, Bass ends up showing off his freaky STAB skill which is using his telekinetically-controlled fan blades to eviscerate everything. While he uses them mostly for shielding, when he does turn against others it's instantly deadly and very freaky.
Bass is the one Aon I've not done in full color with his final design, thus I had to correct that. While not technically challenging to draw nor render, framing his armada is a pain. Thus, this choice of image. All of the Aons, being lunar beings, represent moon phases, thus Bass is appropriately "the eclipse." Short-lived and terrifying.
