Rogue as in like unaccounted for, possible a spy, someone sneaking about that they don't know their intentions. It's being revealed here that these guys are a demon cartel and they just discovered an unknown demon lurking in their territory. His daughter, Lily, is coming of age and will one day take over in his place as head of this cartel (he hopes), and he doesn't want her having to deal with any possible dangers so early into it.
