This is my fan character, Experiment 630 Sirena.
She was created at request by Lilo, who suggested Jumba create a new experiment who might be able to redeem Leroy. Obviously this means she becomes Leroy's girlfriend.

I'm not 100% sure about what her primary function is; my initial idea came from the idea of Stitch and Angel having a daughter, and then having twins, and what one of the twins would be. The idea was for an experiment that could control water with her voice.

Then I came up with the idea for Lilo to ask Jumba to create an experiment who could redeem Leroy - so obviously she would sing "Aloha Oe" in the most beautiful way and her song would allow her to convince Leroy to try giving being good a chance...

So then I combined both ideas. I am not sure if this is what I want for this character, but I had fun designing her!
