Have you read the short story? I liked it a lot. Haven't seen the movie. But, before I knew about either of those, a long time ago (geez, probably a decade!) I saw an illustration of a wolven in this big book of sci-fi critters. I loved it and wanted so much to make things like it/stories for them/etc.
I'm guessing the image in my head, now, wouldn't look quite the same. Anyway, I still draw wolves with extra-long legs and human'ish hands from time to time.

This was for AC last year. I decided to try out the art show via making small quick ink critter pieces, so I could put them up for cheap. Most sold, although this one didn't O-o (soulseeker there sold for the most; a whopping $15 XD )
Eh, it was fun, and if wasn't for the matting I'd do it again. Having to mat them, though, makes it not worth 10-15 bucks :P
