Sorry, couldn't resist. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw it was black and white with static eyes and dark navy and neon pink glitched polygons.

Me: If my calculations are correct, then a malware loaded disc should get him up & running again... Think of it this way: Porygon-Z is an upgraded Porygon caught by Team Rocket. With all the Team Rocket or bad guy corporation malwares installed on there, we'll simply have to find the 1 program that upgrades Porygon into Porygon-Z. Canon Pokemon lore also states that The Strange Disc is also what's used to boot into & Start Porygon-Z. As The Malware starts loading into Porygon, that's when the new programs will begin to be loaded onto it. It also works as a boot drive to get Porygon-Z up & running again. With an open drive or boot sector currently opened up by the porygon was broken, we'll simply have to replace the core boot drive the original Strange Disc that was used to Upgrade Porygon with. Originally, An Ordinary Porygon could load into any program, & do almost anything as a rouge AI that also serves as a Pokemon, as seen in that infamous anime episode... If it can load any program, then if my calculations are correct, loading a new Harddrive would essentially do the same thing as using the Hard Disc that evolves it, basically... Data Mechanics 101! If a Computer can use it, it will use it's processing powers to utilyze it as best as it can, until an error occurs.
