Aw, Poor Romy, looks like any close bonds they has before Slumber Town are now just ghosts of them, both figuratively and literally. They're lucky that Boone warm up to them so quickly, and is so genuine, Eh?

Out of curiosity, the names on the head stone, are they intentional homages or little things relating to yourself (like, the names of animals you've had or other characters)?

I REALLY should do a binge read of all of "Slumber Town".

The names are all just sorta made up! Based on the kinds of names the dog people in the Slumberverse would have. Some of them have very "doggy names", some have scent-based names based on things like flowers and spices. And surnames tend to be kinda species specific. (There is a gravestone head in one of these pages that just says 'Ham' and that was a joke based on my IRL surname)
