Your favorite movie of the event is Balto 2? I like it more than the first one because of it's a musical and it has a spiritual theme, in the purest style of Brother Bear. Sure, the animation suffered a massive downgrade and has some flaws, but storywise, it's a great movie.
I'm of the opinion, that you don't always need a crazy-high to make a good film; it is about how and what you use your budget on and for, and I personally think that Balto 2 is a good example of a good low-budget movie. Also, you can make bad movies with a high budget where you spend your budget on all the wrong things; I'm not going to say names, but I think you know who I am referring to when saying that.
I agree. I like all the movies- Balto 1995 one of course is the best one. Wolf Quest is a good movie but feels more like a fan project and WoC feels more like a sequel but they made it a little too kid-friendly...in some parts...others not.....Balto one was a family- movie. Wolf Quest is more of a personal journey and WoC is more of a kinds film you ca put on for a toddler (but still enjoy as an adult).
Yeah it is sad that the character goes off model so much and really look the "early 2000-movie" but it is a good movie. I think when Aleu says goodbye is my fave but i also love the Muru scene. I cant watch the movie today cause I named my dog Aleu and after she passed away I cannot get passed the "Somebody wants you " song cause I cry too much. Especially "And what once was "hello" turns to "goodbye". If i want to watch it i have to skip that scene that used to be my favourite.
