A tail I made for commission. This particular one is a bit of a special snowflake, in that all the green scales are turned so they poke outwards. It took half again more scales than normal.

This photo is quick, just to show that I finished it. I'd like to go out tomorrow and take good photos of it being worn, so if I do that I'll probably spam a few of those up here.

The green scales sticking out give it some interesting visual effects. From the side or below they stick out in fairly random directions, so it looks entertainingly messy. But from the top, they visually overlap each other to form prominent green stripes. A little unexpected, but I think it looks cool.
