Octonauts OC - Dr. Kabore
Full Name: Kanwa Kabore

Biography: The mysterious sponsor and counselor of the Revenants, a secret task force consisting of extinct animals in service to the shadowy organization, Ambrosia. Despite not hailing from an extinct species herself (rather a critically endangered one), this bio-geneticist and former employee of D.A.W.N. appears to hold some deep grudges of her own, although she refuses to elaborate as to whom.
As part of the Elysium Council, Ambrosia's top board of high-profile leaders, Kabore holds quite an amount of influence over management of the Revenants, especially as the timely elected successor to the infamous (and currently preoccupied) Johanika Steyn, the team's creator. This would explain how the crocodile, for all her apathetic and analytical demeanor, has gotten away with things like Medea's inexplicable return and Icarus' induction into the Revenants, not to mention all the leeway she's been giving Typhon and his team in regards to how they complete their missions.
Speaking of missions, the Revenants can't help but notice how the missions the Doc's been giving them lately have been getting somewhat...nonsensical, even contradictory. Like for example, the team spying on the Octonauts having a beach picnic or letting Icarus release the animals the Revenants capture back into the wild.
Just what is the doctor playing at here?
