Joey felt his body burning from the inside out as his body slowly took the shape of a large man-eating wolf. Removing his human clothes, he hoped that the cold weather would help alleviate the inferno surging throughout his changing body. Despite years of training and assistance from his mistress Mina, Joey only managed to develop a bit of pain tolerance for his lycanthropy, at least for his good days, anyways. He braces himself as he nears the end of his painful change as his face pushes outward into a canine muzzle, gritting his fangs in agony as his breaths are plainly visible in the moonlit night. Eventually the pain subsides as the former human stands on four, panting for cold air to reach his lungs. As Joey tries to exhale, he instead instinctively howled to the moon as his transformation into a werewolf was finished.
