Cookies, claws, and loving paws, the wolf and the fen bake snickerdoodles!
This was their second attempt. Let's just say the first did not get off the ground.
Malory's nose twitches as the sweet aroma of cinnamon overtakes her and she a big bite into the cookie. Her fangs leave indentations from where she bit into it. Suddenly, a wave of cinnamon-y goodness washes over her as the taste of the cookie spreads through her mouth. "Mmm," she hums, her head bobbing as she chews it slowly. "Ets sewpur gewd," she mumbles with a mouth full. The wagging tail behind her does a better job at communication than her mouth, currently - it's really going! The fen swallows, then hums, "These are super good," she repeats, with a contented smile across her face.

▢ - 1/4 cup Sugar
▢ - 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll into small balls until round and smooth. Refrigeration is optional. Drop into the cinnamon-sugar mixture and roll them around so they are completely covered, use your thumb to press down in the center of the ball. Sprinkle on additional cinnamon sugar.

7. Enjoy! These cookies are extra-chewy because of the tartar!
