It's awesome that your father wears fursuits, and how cool of you to make that for him! XD
I only have a little bit of a critique if you don't mind....
I thought this was a dog (Or a somewhat small-eared dingo), because of how small the head is compared to the face..... grizzlies in particular have REALLY fatty puffy cuddle-faces.

Other than that, this is gorgeous, and I really do admire your suit-making skills~
