Radyka just can help herself to get a toolkit out whenever something is broken. Even on shore leave, you may find her covered in grease from a machine she has just repaired. Although people are happy with a job well done by her, her counsellor is worried about this behaviour. It seemed like she was unable to relax or that there was something she was avoiding. After a counselling session, where Radyka tried to talk around it, they finally uncovered that it had been a coping mechanism, keeping herself occupied so she didn't have to think about the pain of the family she missed so much.

But after her family was rescued and she was reunited with them, she would finally be able to relax on shore leave. Though... every once in a while, you'll still find her fixing a broken machine that's bothering her...
