We Will Rock You (SNES) (Incomplete)
So.. here's a bit of a revelation, i never talk about my music tastes but.. i think it's finally time for me to start telling them.
And today's revelation is... i am a Queen fan (*gasp*)
Why am i so dramatic over it? Well.. because Queen's fanbase is a bit too cringy (or well, any "dad rock" fanbase is, but this is one of the most notable ones)
And also because when i used to be obssesed with their music, i used to make sooo many references of their music to my other friends and they didn't even understand them, it transports me back into a weird-ass era for me (it's also part of the reason why i'm so reserved with music, i don't think many people will understand the references)
How did i get into them? Well.. my dad used to be a big fan of Queen, listened to their music and watched all of their music videos, he even went to see the movie (Bohemian Rhapsody) in theaters when it released.
After my dad passed away in 2020, i slowly started to get into their music, starting with "Heaven for Everyone" (from Made in Heaven, their last album) which was the first song i listened from them on my own, without my dad or anyone else, and that's when i started to get hooked into Queen, it feels soo embarrassing for me to talk about it but ye, got into it after he passed away, and all just because i started to miss him quite a lot.
Anyways, enough rambling.. decided to remake one of their biggest hits, "We Will Rock You" (from News of the World) into the SNES's soundchip, complete with (very crusty) vocals.
I don't plan on doing the guitar solo, at least for now, so the track ends (and loops back to the beginning) after the "Alright".
I also wasted 38KBs of the 64KBs of audio RAM, from the SNES's soundchip (partially thanks to the vocals)
Still, hope you guys like it
(Also please don't fill the comments with "modern music sucks" or "kids these days don't know about them", i DEEPLY despise those kinds of comments and i don't tolerate them)
