When Shadow Generations was announced it got me thinking about the possibilities of new stages being added, or Shadow going through Sonic's stages, as well as that random whale that shows up in the next gen versions of the Cool Edge stage to act as a platform. From how it looks it almost seems like the whale might have been trying to eat Sonic if his jump was timed badly or didn't go high enough.

Seems Shadow isn't pleased with the huge whale that offered to catch him before he landed in the icy waters, but I'm sure he'll be fine...maybe there's a hidden stage near the back, down that ominous gullet...
