I got to illustrate the awesome secret boss fight of Deltarune Chapter 4, for Nongagos' lyric adaptation of the track! You can find that video on Youtube and it's worth checking out, the song turned out beautiful~
Finding dynamic poses for this one was an interesting challenge, since Gerson is a turtle and thus has limited range of motion in his whole core region. After a lot of explorative sketching, I found out just how much cartoony squash and stretch I can apply to get a neat action shot out of this scene.
And of course I love every opportunity to draw my girl Susie as well! She very quickly became one of my favourite characters from chapter 3 onwards, and especially her interactions with Gerson in this scene are great.
