While not every version of Bucky ends up becoming a God, Becky is one of the few who DID!
Millions of years into the future, much like Bucky, Becky will become Old Godmother Becky, who is basically the Goddess version of a Fairy Godmother.
Unlike God Old Bucky who focuses primarily preserving the multiverse, Old Godmother Becky instead takes a more personal approach, she is able to see with her glowing eyes those who are on the brink of despair and using her powers, seeks them out and helps them to change their fate to achieve their “happily ever after.”
Unlike Jane Doe, who gave up her physical form and became the blue star nestled between God Old Bucky’s antlers, John Doe kept his physical form, but he definitely looks very different, having drastically changed himself to protect his wife for all eternity.
Some fun/interesting info about Old Godmother Becky:
Her dress is actually made of living flowers, with her outer pink dress being fully matured pink petals, while her inner dress is immature green petals.
Unlike her younger self who simply wore a flower in her hair, she actually has living flowers growing in her hair in her Goddess form.
The flower on the end of her wand staff is based on a coral charm peony.
It is heavily implied that she too is a cyborg like God Old Bucky, but anyone who would be foolish enough to lift up her skirt to try confirming this would likely receive a swift bonk on the noggin from Old Godmother Becky’s wand staff for trying to peek up her skirt.
Her wings, light halo/tiara, and glowing eyes, are all powered by the blue star that is seen within her chest, it is basically the same as the blue star that is nestled between God Old Bucky’s antlers, it’s essentially John Doe’s heart/soul.

They have met. God Old Bucky and Old Godmother Becky have actually met each during their travels across the multiverse, they regard each other like brother and sister, and overall have a very good relationship. I don’t see them having any sort of romantic feelings for one another because they already have their respective partners, Jane/John Doe, who they already love very much. Besides, their relationship is overall more playful and lighthearted.
