Well, lets hope that she blows up a LOT bigger before she reaches her limit.
I mean, it "could" be like that stuff in Mabo's "Teach me Miss Suki" that turns fat into steam and causes the person to rapidly inflate until the steam pressure gets released through various openings like the mouth or... well, other "openings".
