I'd rather explain the difference as é being "dead" (in very formal pronounciation) and è being "cat", but that doesn't get quite close to it, either. ah, fuck it. I'm not a native speaker of English, but coming to think of it, I even think you guys don't really have the "é" sound. might be mistaken, though. I don't know. dude. bro. dude bro.
oh meow. your English is quite the awesomeness considering your native language is Romance. I wish I had the time to do some annoying small talk in other people's shoutboxes, but I'm afraid I gotta run. seeya later.
Four languages actually: I learned French of Malagasy together as mother tongues, then like everyone here I was taught English in school as a teenager. I was later required to pick another language to get my degree, so I went with Spanish.
In proficiency, I can hold advanced written and spoken conversations in French, can understand most Malagasy conversations (I'm not a good speaker/writer of that language), can write/read advanced English well enough (I still have to work on speaking/listening to the language) and have the basics of Spanish (I can understand some things, written or spoken, but can barely write or speak myself).

Oh I don't want so sound ungrateful. It just wasn't what I wanted to do, so I left and continued to pursue education. Hell I'd say my job now is crappy in that it doesn't pay that well and it isn't my dream job, but I'm thankful I have a job in this economy.
If you want hands-on computer repair you should go into business for yourself for a while. All through high school I made money on the side by repairing people's computers on my own. I'd charge like $50 to fix it: and considering when I worked for Circuit City I'd charge people $60 just to tell them that their machine's broken you can easily undersell the competition. ...while it isn't much money it's still a few bucks and something you can put on a resumé. Good luck!

There are certain things you never do. You never comment about how hot that girl over there is when talking with her father (unless you're already married to her), you never mix alcohol and drugs, and you never make someone reading an A+ certification TOME angry. You can beat goats to death with those things, seriously. >O
A+ Certification sucks if you're in the military.

"NO ANSWER DUMPS YOU MUST ACTUALLY LEARN THIS"
"DESPITE RECCOMENDING YEARS OF ON THE JOB TRAINING PRIOR TO TAKING TEST, YOU MUST ACTUALLY HAVE THIS CERTIFICATION TO EVEN TOUCH A GOVERNMENT COMPUTER"
Bah.
