1. Usage Rights

You may use my artwork for personal or commercial purposes, provided you credit me (include my username/link to my profile).

You may repost my art on social media only with clear attribution (tag/link to me). Do not remove watermarks or claim authorship.


2. Artist Copyrights (Additional Fees)

If the original post does not mention additional copyrights (e.g., for specific characters, franchises), no extra fee is required — rights are included.

If the post specifies extra copyright fees (e.g., for commercial use of a copyrighted character), you must pay those fees separately.


3. Prohibited Actions

Do not:

Sell/trade my art as your own (NFTs, prints, etc.) without my permission.

Use my art for illegal/hateful content.

Remove my signature/watermarks.



4. Modifications

Minor edits (cropping, filters) are allowed if credit is visible.

Major edits/redesigns require my permission.


5. Commissions & Special Requests

For custom orders with special terms (exclusivity, commercial rights, etc.), contact me before payment to agree on details via chat.

Standard TOS applies unless we discuss other arrangements.

I do not offer refunds after payment is made.


6. No Guarantees

I reserve the right to refuse service or revoke usage rights if these terms are violated.


7. Turnaround Time

Completion time for commissions typically ranges from a few days up to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue.

If delays occur (due to illness, personal issues, etc.), I will inform you.

Do not rush me unless a deadline was agreed upon in advance.
