It looks like Bluesky will share the same lack of accountability and poor customer service as all other social networks.
I received an email stating that there was some suspicious activity on my account, and it was suspended because they believe it was hacked. I tried to contact them, but so far nothing, so in the meantime, I created a secondary account.
If the other one is recovered, great! This account will be considered a SFW account. But if I can't recover it, it will remain my primary account.

I had that happen to me before, too. Went to log in after not using it for a while, got told my account was suspended due to suspicious activity because someone hacked my account and made a few random spam posts, reported that it wasn't me and got it back a little later on. I'm sure they'll get it restored soon enough at least, but good having a backup
