Tobii, born with a mysterious Power emerges from the non-physical existence in this world to serve a nominal purpose. That purpose may have been passed. Even so, he still has one objective in life; live life to the fullest! He is not very bright when it comes to technical problems and analytical situations. But, he makes up for it in his ability to help others and fight for others. His self-confidence drives him forward in his beliefs and ability. Tobii had became a guardian of the cosmic galaxies and is sharpening his skills as said guardian.
MEETING GALEXY
In the past, Tobii met a Weavile who went by the name of Galexy. Upon seeing him for the first time, Galexy was absolutely obsessed with him back when she was working for Levii's dark team. She would've done anything to claim him for her own for even the most selfish of reasons. Whilst on Levii's Ankoku Group (those who swore allegiance to dominate everything in the world and convert it) she'd threaten him and his friends just to have him marry her by force. She would try multiple plans to take the Typhlosion for herself. Tobii prevailing time and time again never gave in to her demands. At the peak of Galexy's most notorious plan to claim Tobii for herself most of Tobii's friends and Team Typhmado had drilled into her head the fact that Tobii would never like her. Especially Dallas, the team leader, who outright degrades her and shames her greatly. Tobii's fearful expression gave it away as well and Galexy had felt there was nothing left for her in this world. This led to her nearly taking her own life when Tobii out of shock refused to let that happen. He tried to reason with her but also mentioned that she needs to find her own spark. Galexy would reflect from what Tobii said for a long while.
Later, Galexy would confront Tobii not as a Tobii infatuated crazy Weavile but as a client that seeks help. Tobii would agree to assist with the company of his cousin in case if she tried tricks. Galexy sought to get a wish from within Wish Cave which after they reached the end, She went of her way to seek a wish to forget that she ever met Tobii. Tobii, not fine with such a decision tried to stop it with very little influence affecting the wish. Despite the interjection, the wish granted and the Typhlosion was whisked away along with the rest of the party into a new reality. Tobii waking up the next day would find that he still remembers everything including the wish Galexy made. At first he thought it was a dream but as time grew, things began feeling more odd, and he'd meet up with the Weavile again in a new light. Galexy was shocked to find out the Typh knows her despite her having no memory. He attempts to correct some wrongs by guiding her to some places or doing certain actions that may trigger some form of memory to come back. Tobii grew a bit worrisome and wasn't used to this new turn in perspective. He was determined to fetch her back somehow. Over the course of the month Tobii would invite Galexy to several special occasions and adventures which the two would properly bond. Eventually, a crucial point in their adventures was reached when Tobii mentioned how proud of the Weavile he was and was prepared to let Galexy go live her own life. He made one secret apology to himself regarding the sudden lash outs during the last encounter before Galexy clean wiped her memory of the Typhlosion. It was during the time she had the Draco-Ruby of Darkness, and upon getting a kiss from the Typh her Draco-Ruby activates and a strange power causes Galexy's wish to be altered. She came to have grace and peace and apologized herself as well and vowed never to use force to get Tobii. She didn't explicitly say she regained her memories to the Typhlosion but she hinted at it. Tobii's response immediately with a blissful look on his face was to eat the lassie for fun but to really test whether or not she'd be overly infatuated. Galexy complained but deep down she felt exceedingly flustered and giddy now that she remembers.
They started dating even more from that moment on. Then they eventually had the first egg then even got married at some point actually... I remember the day, It was on January 15th of 2017. Now they both live happily, but they can never rest knowing there's always gonna be something in their way. Which in any case, Galexy and Tobii will be ready.
There's a rumor that Tobii and Galexy still roleplay their pre-dating fiascos like back in the older days.

Trivia:
-Tobii gives a lot of respect to Raymond for getting to know Galexy at an early age. But then he feels bad for what happened to him in the past. Galexy doesn't feel bad for the lucario though and usually calls him out for not being there when he came back to life. To help Ray feel better, Tobii would help satisfy Ray's curiosity by having the lucario stay in the Typh's belly on some nights where Tobii and Galexy may get together for some love time.
-Galexy still fears even now, that she might displease her husband. Tobii doesn't really care about what she does or thinks. As long as she's happy, he will be too.
-Galexy often prefers being in her Frost Tank Form a lot more since she overheard Tobii and Leo's conversation about said form. Tobii quoted that Galexy's Rootank form is satisfyingly pleasing to look at and is attractive. After hearing that tidbit, she blushed and decided to stay in it for much, much more longer periods until it was a mainstay.
-Tobii is two years younger than a certain fox.
