Eth Bilch, he's a weapons engineer. in his world there are species with different abilities that he should have, but no such luck, so he's looking for an alternative in hardware.
I had a completely different artwork in mind, but as always, right in the middle of the work I thought about the concept a hundred times and eventually lost the original idea, but I wanted to finish the sketch, so this work came out. at least in some ways my perfiktsilism succeeded.
