Ershein's the younger brother of Brian, ey're the third child of this family. Different from the older siblings, Ershein can shapeshift into 'eir pokémon form at will, but unlike the younger siblings, 'eir poké form still needs a source of power, which comes from sea spirits (idk which, I'm inventing this on the fly, lol), but Ershein's not afraid to immediately embrace the call of the sea.
The younger siblings, starting from Ershein, have 'eir souls with more pokémon than human. Ershein's case is the tamest one, 'ey only have the eyes and tail of a vaporeon, different from the younger siblings who have much more noticeable traits. The vaporeon part of Ershein's soul is responsible for 'eir beach boy personality, 'ey like swimming, surfing (the tail helps a lot >w<) and any excuse for 'em to come to the beach. 'Ey're also clearly more opposed to unnecessary clothing than the older siblings, shirtless is 'eir preference and 'ey have some tanktops for formal moments along with rarely used old flipflop sandals, 'ey also use a few shorts that 'ey have cut some holes on to allow 'eir tail some breathing space.
Thanks to the people from Litwick's server (including Litwick 'emself) for helping me make this art (specially the last frame) minimally acceptable. I definitely have a lot to learn :)
