I decided to mess around in a pencilly style. I'm not super satisfied with it, but it was good to try other tools and techniques regardless.
Tacki swiped a replica of the uniform of Frederick II. A black Tricorner hat with white fuzzy frills on the edges, along with a Prussian Blue overcoat with red turnbacks and sleeves. Tacki tries his best to look dignified while posing with a walking stick.
