Here it is!!

I decided to make it a wingless dragon because of the colours. Reminded me too much of water, so it has gills and webbed toes/claws though you can't see them too well if at all lol. Though, it can fly, only when it's raining for whatever reason. It can create electric charges, and shoot "lightning" from it's claws. It's more powerful during lightning storms. I think it'd have the attitude of a rad surfer guy. Thinking it's invincible and being over-confident. It's markings were made to look sort of like tats.. A skull on the left shoulder and various bands on his body. :3
