🌱✨ Finally escaped my homophobic family
Hey everyone 💖
I wanted to open up a bit and explain why I haven’t been taking commissions lately. The truth is… I had to move out of my home province/state because of some pretty awful homophobia and transphobia. It was getting too heavy to handle, and for my own safety and peace of mind, I had to leave.
It hasn’t been easy. I left behind a lot, and everything got delayed because of it. I only just got a PC again, so I can finally start working properly.
But I also want to say: I wouldn’t have been able to stay afloat back where I lived before if it wasn’t for all of you. Your support, your kindness, the way you cheered me on… it quite literally kept me going. 🌸
Now, I’m in a new place, trying to rebuild, to breathe a little easier, and to get back to doing what I love. It’s scary, but it’s also hopeful.
Thank you for being here with me through all of this. Truly. I promise to keep sharing my art and little bits of my heart with you.
