So months ago I had a dream where this guy showed up. Been meaning to draw him for a while.

Basically, he's some guy who mutated via science juice and turned into some weird kinda axolotl looking thing with a crop top and booty shorts. He lived by the beach and I think one of his friends was a weird anime dude with white hair and red eyes.
Idk what either of their deals were, my dream suddenly turned into a completely different one involving a game of DayZ for some reason.
