The ESL Red Star made it's first stop at Cait so the passengers and crew have an opportunity to send some messages home and Robin makes use of this time as well to update the home front about her journey so far before going on a brief shore leave with T'Nala and Ahlnna to visit T'nala's hometown.

This is recorded outside Robin's cabin who marked it with a harvest basket after she made some friends among the crew. (cruise ship crew cabins usually aren't numbered so crew mark their cabin with something personal to more easily give directions to their cabin.)

*recording starts, Robin stands alone in front of her cabin door*

"Hello mom and dad, Pascal, Leslie and Pieter. It's been a while since you've last seen me. We have just reached our first destination so I'll be able to send this short recorded message." "As you know from my messages I've had a bit of a rough start but things are better now. I've made some friends among the crew since then and also two passengers as i've already mentioned in my last messages. What I hadn't told you yet however...I have met my first two aliens who I want to introduce to you." Robin motions for T'Nala to stand beside her "This is TNala, the chief medical officer. She is a Caitian from Cait, the world we are now orbiting." *T'Nala forces a half smile and bows slightly before speaking with an exxagurated Caitian accent "Grreetings Rrrobin's family." Robin the speaks up again "Don't worry she is nicer than she seems..." A point which T'Nala proves by wrapping her arm around Robin's shoulder. "And there is also Ahlnna who is recording this..." *the image flips around to show Ahlnna's face as she waves hello. "She is a Voxxan and we'll stop by her home world on the last leg back to Earth, she is also from the medical department. I will introduce you to some of the other friends i've made next time but right now I have to prepare for shore leave, I'm excited to explore at least a small part of a new world for the next few days. I am looking forward to be home again since I am feeling a little homesick and I miss you all, but there's still so much ahead and I'm not even halfway yet."

*there's a chime sounding through the crew quarters intercom, signaling the start of shore leave*

"Sounds like I have to be going soon, I'll message you soon and I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and find you all something nice. Oh and Pieter, You'll probably see this after but good luck on your exams, I hope it went well! Sun on your back, everyone!"
