Description:
The actual ruler of the Underworld, known to many Christians and non-Christians alike as Hell, had been caught up with his recent plan he had scheming until his underlings accidentally ruined it. After brutally punishing them for such a failure, he turned to monitor the overworld and the way it was going. In early 2020, the devil himself had begun his interest in Christopher North and his father Benjamin upon learning their plot, which was to create a muscularized army for the city. Sensing opportunity from it, he flew into the mortal realm, disguising himself as some tough dragon from Texas, named Maximillian Page Morningstar, though his four eyes could visibly be a dead giveaway to religious people.
In order to reach Chris, he volunteered for his testosterone enhancement test, a precursor for the MALAKAS Project. Although he failed to receive anything to make his muscles grow, he caught an eye with bigger interest on another subject, Timothy Soro, the brown fox whose myostatin-related muscle hypertrophic hormones could be traced back in Northern Germany. The devil then secretly followed Chris to that region, albeit in another disguise as a skinny goat, and indeed discovered the real source of Timothy Soro's muscle DNA, the alien earwig-like parasites named Todeswurms. He went into another disguise as a black cat scientist to join Chris and other scientists on creating a muscle growth serum, which came with a success.
Remembering Benjamin and Timothy, the devil turned his focus to them and follow them, until the day Timothy volunteered for the test with Chris' newly developed muscle growth serum. Still in the form of a black cat, he was surprised to see the chubby scientist (who partook in first) form a 6-pack abs from the serum, but became ecstatic to see Timothy undergo two injection phases, and the second one was more concentrated. Recognizing the overwhelming sensition in Timothy with an evil grin, the devil made silent whispers into Timothy, intentionally pushing him a desire to turn everyone into bodybuilders, but unfortunately for the devil, the muscularized fox was able to sense his presence. After corrupting the lead scientists into his loyal bodybuilders, Timothy ordered them to bring the black cat scientist to him, in which they did with little struggle. Naturally, the devil was strong enough to take something out, even in any disguise, but this time he was surprised to be overwhelmed by evilly smiling lead scientists, who wore nothing but shorts, but other scientists as witnesses couldn't bring that up, as they were supposed not to question the lead scientists. The fact the lead scientists begun enjoying ruthlessness and were shamelessly handsy did not make things comfortable for their employees.
Once the devil was brought to Timothy alone, the fox demanded the former to take off the cat disguise, without even bothering to explain how he managed to see through the devil. The former attempted to talk back, but Timothy's influence and newly imposing figure were so strong that the devil sheepishly complied. However, the devil instead turned back to his initial dragon disguise, which did not impress Timothy, as he could recognize four eyes, nothing but full yellow schleras, not even a sight of a single pupil. What amused the fox the most, was that he and his new followers was able to capture an immortal god like Satan, but Timothy humbled himself, declaring himself nothing more than a child of God. That response struck the devil, prompting himself to call the fox out for doing faux humility attempt, a technique that instead backbit on him this time, as Timothy injected the devil with the same serum applied onto the formerly chubby scientist.
The devil was surprised to fall for Timothy's trap, yet also pleased to see results from the serum, but the fox wasn't finished and quickly injected the former with a more concentrated serum (not the one turning the subject into a temporary Juggernaut), transforming the devil into a Super Soldier, albeit shedding away his dragon persona still in his mortal form. Satisfied, the devil attempted flirting with Timothy in a way to ensnare the fox in his favor, but Timothy's influence instead caused the devil's to backfire, turning Satan into a willing slave, permanently overwhelmed by Timothy's desire, which was to make everyone bodybuilders, in this case, even everyone down in Hell.
Satan couldn't help himself but laugh evilly and loud at this realization, as he quickly snatched from the fox and injected himself with the most concentrated serum. This did not just turn him into a Juggernaut, but instead tore away his mortal form, turning back to his immortal one, a giant devil with huge wings, horns on his head to resemble a sharper pitchfork, a large tail, and a couple of red and yellow tattoos. The devil sported a wide grin and declared that Timothy had given the former something in return without even knowing what it was, which surprised Timothy, but the fox stood firm and asked if the devil could make the Juggernaut form permanent, in which he happily agreed, but on one condition. The soon-to-be MALAKAS Project must have exactly 10,000 Super Soldiers with Juggernaut ability (not Soldiers, not just Super Soldiers alone) within five years. Although seemingly an impossible feat to fulfill, it was nevertheless a fun challenge for Timothy to accomplish. And so, the devil parted ways with bodybuilder poses, while the fox returned to the lead scientists for his next move.

Wrathfulsatan was the one who requested this, though I could get a free time to work on few interesting characters like Moxxie, so it's maybe.However, regarding the ending to the MALAKAS Project, I'll declare it whenever I feel like it, regardless of circumstances happening at my home.
